Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for the performance of the Services.Clients must ensure that all areas accessible to our workers are safe and free of hazards.Clients are solely responsible for any injuries incurred while in non-entering zones, and by entering such areas, clients assume all liability for any resulting injuries.Walker's Handyman Services will not be held liable for any injuries sustained in non-entering zones.

**4.Liability Waiver**

Walker's Handyman Services is fully insured.However, clients acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of their actions or negligence.If a client attempts to take legal action against Walker's Handyman Services where the client is at fault, Walker's Handyman Services reserves the right to counter sue for damages and defamation.

**5.Payment Terms**

All fees and charges for Services will be outlined clearly before services are rendered.Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Late payments may incur additional fees.
